I’m Gabriel, a software engineer passionate about technology and innovation. Originally from Brazil, my journey in programming started when I was 11 years old. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep interest in software development, open source, and solving real-world problems through technology.

During my high school years at IFPR Campus Assis Chateaubriand, I participated in my first hackathon, the NASA Space Apps Challenge, where my team, Team 433, won first place. This experience ignited my enthusiasm for teamwork and competition. Later, at IFC Araquari, I led a team to another first-place victory in the IFC Hackathon, marking my first leadership experience.

My professional career began at SoftExpert, where I worked on integrated process management solutions. I then joined TaxStrategy as a Frontend Developer, focusing on building tools for complex tax calculations and compliance.

Beyond work, I’ve contributed to open source and freelance projects, including publishing three Flutter-based apps on Google Play (Torneio Já, SAUve!, and 0xBA5E). These projects honed my skills in mobile development and user-centric design.

With a passion for continuous learning, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and constantly exploring new technologies like Rust, Docker, and modern frontend frameworks. My goal is to create impactful software and contribute to the open source community while inspiring others to embrace the power of technology.
